Advice about a girl?
i met this girl on a dating site..she lives 30 min from me.. shes been chatting with ,me for two months. we decided to meet up tomorrow. she said 'maybe we could talk on the phone sometime. what do you think?' and i gave her my # and then she gave me hers (hah obviously she didnt mean SHE call ME lol). we've been texting the last day or so. and decided on a place to meet. its actually closer to where she lives...she said shes been having car trouble. oh and she requested me on myspace.
anyway does a girl who 'meets' a guy online, give them their cell, ask them to talk on the phone, meet, etc, if theyre just interested in friendship?
should i kiss her at the end? i mean two months.. its like we've gotten to know alll the basics and even more by now... i know its the internet, i do feel a connection..we both said we 'enjoy talking to' each other.
when we meet, should i treat it as i'm just 'meeting' her or like someone i've known for two months as if we met in person?Advice about a girl?

Hmm, this one is kinda hard just because you haven't seen her facial expressions or any sign that could define which way she wants to go. If she met you on a dating site though, she is most likely going for a relationship, but as for kissing her at the end, you will have to judge how well the night went first, and it could even be cute to ask for permission to kiss her first before you do. Ahhh, summer love! :-)

I need advice about what to do about this situation with my boyfriend....?
There is this girl that has been txt msging my boyfriend...He was being secretive about it and when I confronted him about it he told me that if I wanted him to stop talking to her then he would...so I said yes that I wanted him to stop talking to her...well thats exactly what he did...however he didnt tell her this...so she continues to txt msg him...the other night she sent him a txt msg at 1am...well it woke me up and I had a hard time falling back asleep...so the next morning I ask him if he would msg her to tell her to stop txting him...he said that he would do it...then later that day i ask him if he did it and he said no...he doesnt want to hurt her feelings...then he said that he would rather tell her to stop in an email...which I might add that he has not done yet...well when we were talking about this the other day he told me I was being to pushy about this situation....I need advice on what to do now...please helpI need advice about what to do about this situation with my boyfriend....?

You should ask him to just politely tell her that it's not respectful to txt at all hours of the night, and that he's not interested in her. Tell him that this really bothers you, you're concerned, but don't act like you're all jealous because that only shows signs of insecurity. If it comes down to it, just say, it's either her or me. Legal advice about computer game hacking?
Okay, for this question I really need someone who knows what they are talking about. Well, a friend of mine has a website that makes hacks for a computer game. The publishers of the game are threatening to sue him if he doesn't stop. The hacks that he makes are all client sided, absolutely nothing he has is server sided. So what grounds can they sue him on?Legal advice about computer game hacking?
They can sue if any of the hacks actually modify the client.
but game publishers are full of ****, every game publisher threatens to sue but they very rarely carry it out, in fact they send out thousands of legal threats per day just hoping to strike fear and hopefully cause some websites to shut down. If the hack disadvantages other paying players, it does not matter if it is client or server side, all that matters is that you are altering the game experience for other players.
