Advice about an older guy?

I'm young, (16) and I want some experienced people,maybe even adults to help me. I've met a guy who's 19, and I like him a lot. I've known him for about a year, and I know he's a good guy. The only problem is, he'll be 20 (after I turn 17) and he wants a permanent, serious relationship. I'm not sure if I'm ready for that, and he's looking for his ONE to marry one day. I would love to be with him as his sole girlfriend, but I don't know what I'm in for or what will happen. I'm also a virgin and he's not, and so I'm very nervous. if your and his familys are ok with the age gap than i would date him but don't have sex. if he is truely looking for ';the one'; than he will be happy to wait. if he gets pushy remind him that if he plans on being with you forever than he can wait until you're ready. you two are in 2 different places in life so it could work out and be great or it may not so just play it by ear and don't let yourself be rushed into anything or allow yourself to compromise any of your core values just for the sake of the relationship.
