Can you give me some advice about this pic i photoshopped (pics inside)?

i want it to look very real and very good. i feel like something is still of but ive been working at it so long im worried i cant see the imperfections clearly so can you judge?

the teeth, they look a bit big and out of place.





maybe its just personnal prefferance but thats my 2 cents.

the eye looks a little small or something...maybe its the eyebrow
Well the second pic, around the right corner of the bottom lip, it looks a little bulgy. And the eyes are way far from her nose, and that it looks like her eyes and eyebrows are receding towards her forehead. But other than that, everything looks kool.
