I need legal advice about schools increasing their fees without informing their students...?

I was about to pay for the next semester when I realized that my school (distance learning) increased their fees for per credit hour. Though the increase is not much, I am not too pleased at the fact that they did not inform the current students. When I emailed them, I was told that:

';The College does not send out tuition increase information to each of our students individually, because we make that information available on the website for all current and potential students to view.';

Please advise....I need legal advice about schools increasing their fees without informing their students...?
What are you wanting advice on?

They haven't done anything wrong ethically, morally, or legally. They did not hide the cost of tuition from you, it was available on their website. You haven't suffered any unique harm.

And it is usually pretty safe to assume tuition is going to go up at least once a year, if not every semester.I need legal advice about schools increasing their fees without informing their students...?
If the tuition information was posted on their website they did inform the students. The fact that you failed to read it is not the school's fault.

You have no legal recourse.
