I think highlights on blonds is a good idea. Without it, hair can look washed out. I would strawberry blond highlights.Advice about my hair plz...pic included?
yah!! go for the highlights. I think it will brighten up your face. gl =) (not that your face isn't brighted ahha)
But...you're already blonde? I think actually lowlights would look better.
If i were you i would do the brown on the bottom layer and blonde on the top.
I think highlights would be really cute! They would add some different tones to your hair! Sorry I can't help u with the red but in your picture I didn't see it! Good luck! Oh and you don't look 12 or 13!!!!!
You look young , but i would say plat. blonde highlighst would make you look a lot younger , and your face really isnt red but a derm. can give you a prescription to reduce any redness you may be uncomfortable with .
