Advice about diets....?

Im wanting to lose some weight and get healthier....





Any diets that have worked for you? The best exercises? Anyone ever use weight watchers? Did you have a good outcome?Advice about diets....?
My wife did weight watchers, along with an exercise program, and lost about 50 lbs in the first 6 months. It was a little pricey to join but well worth it because of the change it has made in her life. It's been 2 years and the weight is still off, she is now a lifetime member (which is free as long as she maintains her weight loss).





For exercise, she started off on our treadmill for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week. Now she does 60-75 minutes everyday. I think she has become addicted. She also does the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred exercise DVD.
